The inbound Armstrong Tunnel will close from 6 a.m. on Saturday, September 14 to 6 a.m. on Monday, September 16 ,6 a.m. on Saturday, September 21 to 6 a.m. on Monday, September 23, and 6 a.m. on Saturday, October 19 to 6 a.m. on Monday, October 21.

The closures are required to clean the Armstrong Tunnel entrance and exit on the Forbes Avenue side.

Inbound Armstrong Tunnel traffic will be detoured using Second Avenue, Ross Street, and Forbes Avenue.
